Pure Lemonade


Lemonade






Ingredients :
  • 1 3/4 cups white sugar
  • 8 cups of water
  • 1 1/2 cups lemon juice

Method:
  1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup of water. Bring to boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Allow to cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate until chilled.
  2. Remove seeds from lemon juice, but leave pulp. In pitcher, stir together chilled syrup, lemon juice and remaining 7 cups water.

Notes:
Lemonade suitable to drink in hot weather such as in summer. I really love lemonade because it really give refreshment to me in hot weather. You should try this beverage. You will love it.

Hello everyone,


Beverage is also important element that served with dishes. Beverage is a drink or liquid refreshment that more than water. There a lot types of beverage such as smoothies, ice blended, lemonade, juice and soda. Beverage has variety of flavor that suited with your taste. I believed everyone have their own taste on something. You can make awesome and special beverage based on your taste. Some people love drink sweet and sour drinks so they can make lemonade. Some people love chocolate and milk so they can make smoothie chocolate milk, So in the next entry I will share some idea on beverages. So, you guys can try and don't forget to share any picture on comments about the recipes.

Homemade Ice Cream

Hello guys...

Today, I want to share very easy and simple ice cream recipe. Seriously it easy and I sure you guys will love it. You just only use 2 ingredients. There a video how to make this recipe. Hope you guys enjoy watching it. I also stated the ingredients and methods of this easy homemade ice cream recipe. 






Ingredients:

  • 14 ounces (1 can/ 400ml) sweetened condensed milk (fat-free or regular) cold
  • 2 cups (16oz/450 ml ) whipping cream, cold



Method:

  1. Place sweetened condensed milk in the fridge to keep cold
  2. Beat cold heavy cream on medium in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment (or using a hand mixer) until stiff peaks form.
  3. Turn down the speed a little and pour the condensed milk into the whipped cream. (Stir in vanilla extract now if desired). 
  4. Now you have your ice cream base you can add in your desired flavors and fixing. GO NUTS! experiment and enjoy creating something that is all you. 
  5. Place in a large resealable container and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight before eating.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake

One Bowl Chocolate Cake
Prep: 20 minutes Cook: 30 minutes Ready in: 1 hour


One Bowl Chocolate Cake III


Ingredients :


  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder 
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C). Grease and flour two nine inch round pans.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add eggs, milk oil and vanilla and mix for 2 minutes on medium speed of mixer. Stir in the boiling water last. Batter will be thin. Pour evenly into the prepared pans. 
  3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until the cake test done with a toothpick. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes then remove to a wire rack to cool completely. 




Notes:
This moist chocolate cake. You only take a few time to prepare the batter. I hope you guys love it and if have any question can comment below. InshaAllah I will answer as soon as possible.

Dessert usually refers to sweet dish that eaten after main course or meals. Examples of dessert are pastry, fruits, pudding and ice cream. In this blog, I will share all the best and delicious recipes of dessert that I sure everyone will love it. For me, cake is my favorite dessert ever and it's easy and simple. I tried lot of recipe and I love all the recipes because it's easy and tasty.The dessert is my all time favorite because it sweet and delicious. Usually, dessert consist of sweet dish and savory.

Nasi Ulam

Nasi Ulam 
Prep Time: 40 minutes | Total Active Time: 50 Minutes
Nasi Ulam

Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup dried shrimp
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen shredded coconut
  • 2 cups cooked rice, chilled
  • 5-6 medium daun kadok (wild betel leaves), finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup Thai basil leaves, finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves, finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup daun kesom (polygonum leaves/Vietnamese mint leaves), finely sliced
  • 3 kaffir lime leaves, finely sliced
  • 5 shallots, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 lemongrass, white part only, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 heavy dashes white pepper powder
  • 3 heavy dashes black pepper powder

Method:
  1. Soak the dried shrimp in warm water until softened. Coarsely pound them using a mortar and pestle. Heat up a wok and dry toast the pounded shrimp until they are dry or smell aromatic. Do not burn the dried shrimp.
  2. Make the shredded coconut into kerisik by stir-frying them continuously in a wok, until they turn golden brown in color. Transfer to the mortar and pestle and pound until fine. Set aside.
  3. In a big bowl, combined the cooked rice and all the herbs, shallots, toasted coconut, and dried shrimp together. Add the salt, sugar, and peppers. Toss to combine well. Serve immediately.



Nasi Ulam


Cook’s Note:
For nasi ulam, use basmati rice because the rice is drier and less sticky, fluffy, and nutty in flavor compared to Thai jasmine rice. The texture of basmati rice the best for nasi ulam. If use regular rice for this recipe, you might have to chill it in the fridge overnight to lose the moisture content in the rice.
